Tracking Period: 13 weeks
Placement of your radio single in an artist pool available to currently monitored Internet, Satellite, and College stations.
Track activity report, showing all downloads and streams from the stations that downloaded your single through the artist pool.
Radio One Sheet that you can use for your promotional efforts and radio campaigns.
Placement of your music where visitors (both radio Program Directors and music fans) can sample your radio tracks. This is a very good option that will get your name buzzing throughout the music scene.

Direct Email Marketing Campaign

Our in house marketing staff will service out a direct email campaign to your desired target market. This will be an .HTML or graphics/text support page blasted directly into target market’s email box. This campaign will be serviced out in batches of 1000 emails. This is a very effective national awareness campaign and a good marketing tool to post on one-sheets etc.
Purpose:
This type of campaign can lead to an increase in website hits as well as additional awareness
of your artist, product and/or label. This is a consumer oriented campaign and can assist you with building lists and generate potential sales leads.
Expectation:
You should expect an increase in website visits, interest in your products, additional subscribers to your e-lists and/or build an overall awareness and familiarity of your artists, product and label.
Description: Our in house marketing staff will increase your profile views and plays on your Myspace page. Campaigns are for adding either 25000+; 50,000+ or 100,000+ to your Myspace page. We drive heavy traffic to your site!
Purpose: This will create a strong buzz for artist/label on Myspace. This type of campaign will also assist with talent scouts, a&r reps, labels and radio research departments as they research your artists.
Expectation: You will see results within the first 24 hours of campaign. You can expect to see your profile views and plays skyrocket until quota is met. This campaign usually runs 2 to 4 weeks.

How it Works:
UnderWorldMixRadio in conjunction with J Distribution is here to help you, the Independent artist. We have the insight and the connections to place the right regional and local artists into the right Best Buy locations across the United States. And best of all, we PAY YOU for everything you sell. We do not believe in loading a lot of CD's into the stores, so start-up costs are low. Instead, we start off with light orders and let demand dictate the proper inventory levels for each location. There is a set up fee of $250.00 that is billed along with the first purchase order.
Who We Want:
UnderWorldMixRadio is not a marketing company, so it is important that the bands we partner with work hard at developing a fan base in a tight geographical area. The more publicity you have that lets the consumer know who you are the better. Repeat performances in markets on a regular basis as well as a strong following on your website and MySpace pages are important.
To help us to determine if you are right for the program and what markets and stores to place your title(s) in. Send me three (3) copies of your professionally produced CD (all CD's must have a UPC if you do not have on you should be able to get one from your duplication company).We will review your information and discuss your title(s) with the regional Entertainment Managers at Best Buy and get back to you with our decision. Upon completion of the review process and acceptance into the program you will receive your first purchase order.
FAQ
How long will it take? It will take. 5-8 weeks from the time I receive your submission package to having your cd's in the stores.
How many stores will carry the CD? That depends on your home and touring markets as well as airplay. Some artists are in as few as 2 stores others are in over a hundred.
What do I get for my $250.00 set up fee? The fee covers both physical (CD's in stores) as well as Best Buy's web site Bestbuy.com. (I need a jpeg of the cd cover for dot com)
What if I have more than on title? The original set up fee is $250.00 for the first CD. All additional titles and future releases will have a set up fee of only $150.00 each.
If I send in the submission package am I in the program? No. There is a review process on the viability of your cd. You will be contacted within a week of us receiving your submission updating you on the progress.
Is i-tunes included in the set up fee? No. The I tunes program is a seperate program that has a $75.00 set up fee. There is also a seperate contract for i tunes which you can request if you would like to be on i tunes.
How much do I get for my CD's? On the vendor agreement is the pricing structure. We pay $5.15 for full length cd's that are sold and $ 3.65 for EP's that are sold. All sales are consignment you get paid as the CD's sell in the stores.
